I went through four similar versions of this before picking this one to upload. One had him much smaller but in the center, sort of floating on the background. The second was like this, but the film strip was considerably bigger. This is the third, and I think it's got the best balance. (I may upload the others later.)

Live tracing of a promo photo of The Doctor wearing those spiffy 3D glasses (and that's what made me want to do this, I wanted to fill in those lenses!). Filmstrip brush made by unknown. Background by me, from scratch, ink and paper. No CC.
